How reserving and collecting a piece works.
Who you are buying from
This shop is operated by 23 d.o.o., trading as TWENTY3, with its store at our Ljubljana store. Full company details are in the imprint.
Reserving a piece
Ordering on this site places a reservation, not a paid purchase. No card is charged online. When you complete the form, we set the piece aside and send you a confirmation by email with your order number.
A contract of sale is concluded when you collect the piece and pay for it in the store. Until then, either side may cancel without cost.
How long we hold a reservation
We hold reserved pieces for seven days from the date of your confirmation email. If you need longer, reply to that email and we will extend it. After seven days without contact, we may release the piece back to the collection.
Collection and payment
Collect at our Ljubljana store, Monday to Friday 10 to 18, Saturday 10 to 13. Closed Sundays and public holidays. Bring your order number. Payment is made in store at the moment of collection, by the methods available there. You will receive a receipt with your purchase.
Prices
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT at the applicable Slovenian rate. The price that applies is the one shown on the site when you reserve. If a price is obviously wrong — a clear typing error — we will tell you before you collect, and you are free to walk away.
The pieces themselves
We stock genuine pieces from the houses we carry, in limited runs and often in limited sizes. Small variations in grain, weave and colour are a property of the materials, not a fault. Photographs are as accurate as we can make them, but screens differ.
Returns and your rights
You may return a piece within fourteen days of collecting it, unworn and with its seam number intact, for a refund or an exchange. Faults are our responsibility for two years. Alterations made to your measurements are final.

Nothing here limits your statutory rights under Slovenian consumer law.
Cancelling a reservation
Before you collect and pay, you may cancel at any time at no cost, by replying to your confirmation email.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you reserved.
Law
Slovenian law applies. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence are unaffected.
